Did I jinx it last week by mentioning the sun? The winter duvet is now out, and I am looking forward to snuggling in my fluffy dressing gown and slippers and watching, reading, and listening just for you. Oh, ok, it’s for me too!

Before we look at all that, today is World Menopause Day. I know only too well that the education for doctors, let alone women, is poor.
Please join me in calling on the Ministers responsible for Health, Work, and Education named in this petition to #MakeMenopauseMatter by ensuring
Mandatory menopause training for all GPs and medical students.
Menopause awareness and support in every workplace.
Menopause to be included in the RSE curriculum in schools.
A national government-funded public health campaign for menopause.
📺 The Beckham Effect
I’ve always liked Posh & Becks, so I hoped that watching the new documentary was not going to change that.
Of course, it didn’t. If anything, it only made me like them more and think bloody good for them! I only wish the husband would clean like David! Also, I want their house.
You can watch Beckham on Netflix.

Maisie takes us through the four phases of our cycle, helping us to understand why we feel what we feel, because, quite honestly, it can be rather baffling.
